The Reviva program is promoted by the Municipal Housing Company of Madrid City Council.

The campaign acts on two different axes.  On the one hand, it offers refurbished rental housing to citizens at affordable prices and, on the other hand, if any citizens want to rent a house they own, the City Council will renovate it and then pay a monthly rent to them, this very same house will then be offered to other people who needs it.
